Natural versus AI facilitated conversations

Experiment: How Aika Facilitated Focused Entrepreneurial Discussions

We recently had an experiment to see how different discussion formats impact entrepreneurial outcomes. We recorded two separate discussions with a group of entrepreneurs focused on business development: one without Aika, and one with Aika as a facilitator.

THE POWER OF EACH APPROACH

🟣 Natural Conversation (Without Aika):

  • ·Depth of Discussion: participants explored a broad range of startup topics like customer problems, value propositions etc .

  • Participation: supportive energy, though included longer monologues in turn taking form.

  • Collaborative thinking: Thought provoking but fragmented, issues were discussed but not fully worked through.

  • Key takeaway: High level discussion on broad topics more at strategic level.

🟣 Aika-Facilitated Discussion:

  • Depth of Discussion: participants focused deeply on one key challenge and explored practical strategies for outreach, real customer interactions, and detailed reflections on tactics like B2B decision-making chains.

  • Participation: more collaborative co-creation, and balanced participation building on each other.

  • Collaborative thinking: Collective reasoning tied to Aika’s questions and clear progress to multiple solutions.

  • Key takeaway: Co-creation resulting in practical steps for immediate business value.

🟣 The Aika Advantage: Driving Tangible Results

Aika isn't just about generating ideas; it's about facilitating structured discussions that lead to tangible results. Aika helps teams move beyond abstract concepts to concrete strategies, accelerating their path to market success.

If you need to change from fragmented, broad discussions into deep co-creation sessions with immediate business value and actionable next steps, Aika is your go-to partner.
