To use the insights you need to have chats in order for the insights to form. If there is nothing related in your chat history it will return no insights available. Remember to hit generate

If you want to upload a file for more context, start chat with Hey Aika, then after this upload your file, and tell her that you uploaded a file and what would you like to work on.

To use the mindmaps, press the most left map icon in the typing box and it opens you a selection of mindmaps to choose from. Remember to hit generate.
